Why this name?

"miranda" is latin for "things worth being seen".

WE'RE SEARCHING FOR BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS DEPICTING BEAUTIFUL THINGS/PEOPLE/PLACES.

PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND WHILE SUBMITTING.



PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT NOTE

We only accept photos that WE LIKE.
We are very picky so we accept just a small number of submissions.
The purpose of this group is to showcase the works WE LOVE; this means that the admins
accept the submissions THAT THEY FIND BEAUTIFUL, the ones that they would fave.
Sure we look for good photos, with good technique, composition and subject,
but our main criteria is very personal.

We pick only:
- intense photos;
- evocative photos;
- photos expressing feelings, ideas and emotions;
- photos with a certain amount of GOOD editing.

Please if we decline your work don't take it personal claiming it's not fair;
We are not judges and this is not a contest, so if we decline your work this
doesn't mean that it's not good!
We only follow our taste and we have a precise idea of what we want in our gallery.

1. YOU MUST BE A MEMBER TO SUBMIT YOUR WORK.
2. MEMBER JOINING REQUESTS are automatically approved.
3. SUBMISSIONS:
Every member can submit 1 WORK PER WEEK in the MEMBERS SUBMISSIONS folder.
Members submissions are voted by the admins.
PHOTOGRAPHY ONLY. No photomanipulation & digital art. PLEASE REMEMBER that we want to see nicely photoshopped/edited photos. Please only photos of your own!
QUALITY: Please submit your best works.
PLEASE DON'T SUBMIT: porn, hate, racist stuff.
REMEMBER: WE ACCEPT ONLY THE WORKS WE LIKE. Don't be offended if your work gets declined: we only follow our taste, which is not wrong or right. TAKE A LOOK TO THE GROUP'S GALLERY to see what we like.
If your work has been declined, please don't resubmit it again.
4. SUGGESTING FAVORITES TO THE GROUP: only members can suggest favorites.

"MEMBERS SUBMISSIONS": is the only folder open to members for submissions.
"FEATURED" folder will feature our favorite works.
OTHER FOLDERS: Open to admins only. The deviations you will find in the other folders from now on, has been selected and requested by the admins for this group.
